Jeff Carpenter

Jeff Carpenter has over 20 years of experience in customer relations and contact center management. Jeff served as the Director of Customer Relations at Paragon Films, Inc. since March 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Site Director at C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc. from April 2012 to March 2016. Jeff began their career at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group as the Manager of the Contact Center, where they worked from March 2000 to March 2012.

Jeff Carpenter attended the University of Oklahoma from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement Administration.
