Shauna Polanco

Shauna Polanco is an experienced hospitality professional with a background in hotel operations and management. Currently serving as an Operational Specialist at Paragon Hotel Company since April 2021, Shauna has previously held various management positions, including General Manager at Hampton and Assistant General Manager at Homewood Suites by Hilton. Shauna's expertise encompasses all aspects of hotel operations, including budget creation, P&L reporting, and daily accounting. Additionally, Shauna has been recognized as a certified General Manager for Homewood Suites and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from New Mexico State University.
