Jeffrey Robert Benton

Jeffrey Robert Benton is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in performance, personal growth, and healing sciences. As the Founder and CEO of Paragon Performance Evolution since January 2016, and the Founder of Paragon House since May 2022, Benton focuses on innovative leadership approaches and personal development. Additionally, Benton co-founded Transformational Healing Alliance and serves as a HeartMath® Certified Trainer. Previous leadership roles include Founder and CEO of Link Strategy Group, Founding Partner of The Citrus, and board memberships with organizations such as Opportunity International and Challenge Day. Benton holds degrees from Emory University and Fountain Valley School, supplemented by coach training.
