Ashley Oleson

SVP of Outreach & Leadership Analysis at Paragon Intel

Ashley Oleson has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2021. Ashley started their career as an English Teacher at Alphabet School in 2013, followed by a role as a Fellow in the International Projects Unit at ADR Center Spa. In 2014, they worked as a Resident Assistant at Light House Homeless Prevention Center. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at the Maryland Redistricting Reform Commission, League of Women Voters of Maryland, Global Girls Prep, Emergency Commission on Sixth Congressional District Gerrymandering, AshTree Consulting, LLC, and Paragon Intel. Her roles included Commissioner, State Director, Legislative Reporter & Policy Advocate, Administrator, Business Development Assistant - Consultant, Independent Consultant, and VP of Outreach & Leadership Analysis.

Ashley Oleson completed their Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Ashley then went on to pursue a Master of Arts in Government and Politics with an International Relations concentration from St. John's University. During this time, they also earned an Advanced Certificate in International Law and Diplomacy from St. John's University.
