Bill Dotson

Bill Dotson has a diverse work experience in the fields of IT, education, and sales. Bill started their career as a Commercial Sales representative at Lanier Worldwide in 2005 before moving on to Careerbuilder.com, where they served as a Senior Account Manager. In 2007, they joined Net Integrated Consulting as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for sourcing and placing candidates across multiple states. Bill then took on leadership roles at ITT Technical Institute, serving as the Director of Career Services and later as the College Director and Director of Career Services, overseeing various aspects of campus operations and student support. In 2014, they joined Paragon IT Professionals as an Account Executive.

Bill Dotson attended St. Ambrose University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a B.A. degree in Public Relations and Marketing Communications.
