Nick Reed

Nick Reed has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Nick started their career as an IT Contractor at Principal Financial Group, where they provided Level I computer support to business partners worldwide. Nick then joined Nationwide Insurance as an IT Technician, where they provided top-level service to associates and agents, assisting with hardware, printer, and connectivity issues. Nick also played a role in supporting Nationwide's online quoting and policy management system.

Later, Nick worked as a Requirements Analyst within Nationwide's Application Development Center, where they were involved in build work for the web-based Commercial quoting platform. Nick also worked as a Senior Requirements Analyst, leading the requirements team on an Agile Salesforce.com build project, focusing on data integration from an acquisition.

Currently, Nick works at Paragon IT Professionals. Nick started as a Requirements Consultant, coordinating with various stakeholders to document project requirements and ensuring efficient work execution within Agile Scrum teams. Nick then transitioned to the role of Scrum Master at Corteva Agriscience, where they organized and facilitated regular meetings with the development team, sprint reviews for leadership, and coordinated with researchers and leaders to establish a prioritized backlog.

Nick's work experience demonstrates their proficiency in project management, requirements analysis, and Agile methodologies.

Nick Reed attended the University of Iowa from 2003 to 2007, where they studied Computer Science.
