Delmer J. Traylor Jr.

Delmer J. Traylor Jr. has extensive experience in leadership and human resource management, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Human Resources Manager at Paragon Services Engineering since March 2017. Delmer's military career spans over two decades with the US Army, having held various positions including NTC/Fort Irwin G3 Operations SGM, Brigade Command Sergeant Major, and Battalion CSM. Delmer also served as a First Sergeant and US Army Recruiter before attending The United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. Academically, Delmer holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University, a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior University, and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Cameron University.
