Gregory Rojas is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as the NPD Engineering Manager at Paragon Water Systems Inc., Gregory oversees complex platform level NPD and system integration projects, focusing on schedules, budgets, and product cost targets. Prior experience includes roles as a Design Engineer and Product Engineer at Molex, where responsibilities encompassed leading projects from concept to production and managing sustaining engineering activities. Gregory began the career as a Project Engineer and Design Engineer at ClosetMaid, ensuring successful project coordination and technical design while also working as a CAD Draftsman at Caladesi Construction Company. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
