Heather Born

Heather Born has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Heather currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Paragon Energy Solutions since 2017. Prior to that, they also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at ATC (Argo Turboserve Corporation) from 2013 to 2017. In their earlier career, Heather worked as an HR Generalist at Scripps Networks Interactive Inc. and as an HR Business Partner at EOD Technology. Heather'sroles involved supporting various HR functions such as managing employee relations, interpreting HR metrics, tracking HR initiatives, and implementing background screening procedures.

Heather Born, SPHR, has an educational background in Human Resources. Heather attended Roane State Community College from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an Associates degree in Business. Following that, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued further studies in Human Resources at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. In addition to their formal education, Heather obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in July 2017.
