Ryan Stabler

Ryan Stabler has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Ryan is currently working as an Information System Security Manager at Parallax Advanced Research since March 2019. Prior to that, they worked at ManTech International Corporation as a Sr. Program Security Manager from October 2012 to March 2019.

Before joining ManTech, Ryan worked at CACI International Inc. where they held multiple roles. Ryan was a DARPA Functional Area Lead - Security from August 2010 to March 2012. In this role, they acted as a senior advisor to the Government Program Security Officer and oversaw the day-to-day program security operations. Additionally, they drafted and implemented agency-level policies to enhance security efficiency.

Prior to their role as a Functional Area Lead, Ryan was a DARPA Program Security Representative at CACI from June 2004 to September 2010. Here, they managed security requirements for Special Access Programs valued over $150 million and worked on various security disciplines such as physical security, automated information systems, and program protection strategies. Ryan was also responsible for issuing DD254s and serving as the primary security interface for external agencies and contractors.

Ryan's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Djibouti and Somalia Country Analyst from April 2003 to January 2004. Before that, they worked at Beta Analytics International as a DARPA Program Security Representative from July 2002 to April 2003.
