Easton Chen

Easton Chen has a strong background in compliance and legal work. Easton started their career as an Event Management & Sales Intern at Octagon in 2008. Following that, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Watershed Asset Management, LLC as a Legal and Compliance Manager, where they stayed until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Parallax Volatility Advisers, L.P. as the Director of Compliance, and then they were promoted to Chief Compliance Officer in 2018.

Easton Chen attended Princeton University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (AB) degree. During their time at Princeton University, they focused their studies on English and also earned a Certificate in Chinese Language and Culture.
