Jon Cox

Jon Cox has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Jon most recently worked as the Head of Compliance at Parallel Consulting, a specialist recruitment group. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at CCL Global, where they held various positions including Director for the UK, Europe, and Middle East, and Recruitment Director. Jon also served as the Finance Director at HRCCL - Agência privada de emprego, Lda. Jon has experience in client development, team leadership, and managing director roles in companies like Parity, Longbridge Technology, and Start Resourcing Ltd. Jon started their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at PSD Group and Technology Resourcing. Jon's earliest role was as an Export Sales Executive at Merityre Specialists Limited.

Jon Cox attended King's School Bruton from 1981 to 1987. Jon then obtained a BSc(Hons) degree in European Business with Technology from the University of Brighton from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they completed a Diploma di Esperto di Produzione Industriale in Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Torino during the same time period.
