Joyce Garcia

Joyce Garcia has been in the workforce since 2018, when they began as a Human Resources Intern at Texas Instruments. In 2020, they moved to Concentrix as a Sr. Recruiter. In 2021, they were a Project Manager at ElevateOM. Currently, they are employed at both Parallel and Stealth, where they serve as a Recruiting Sourcer and Coordination Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist, respectively.

Joyce Garcia obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of the Philippines in 2019. In the same year, they were also certified as a Registered Psychometrician by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission.
