Arpi Beshlikyan

Arpi Beshlikyan's work experience includes:

- Software Engineer at Parallel Systems starting in 2023.

- Software Engineer at UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center from November 2021 to December 2022. In this role, Arpi developed software to support the infrastructure needs of the Cancer Data Science group at UCLA Health. They were responsible for building and maintaining analysis pipelines using Docker and Nextflow, collaborating with the Infrastructure team, and implementing CICD and standardizing development workflows.

- Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) from June 2020 to April 2021. Arpi worked in the Coller Lab in UCLA's Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology department, where they examined the structure-function relationship of chromatin architecture in cell quiescence by cleaning and processing sample data collected through ATAC-seq analysis.

- Undergraduate Group Tutor at UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science from April 2017 to June 2019.

Arpi Beshlikyan completed their High School Diploma at Rose and Alex Pilibos Armenian School from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering with a minor in Bioinformatics at UCLA from 2016 to 2021.
