Matt Rowe

Matt Rowe serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Parallel Wireless, where responsibilities include overseeing legal aspects of the company's innovative GreenRAN™ solutions for energy-efficient and hardware-agnostic Open RAN technology. Rowe's extensive legal career includes roles such as General Counsel and Advisor at Shoobx, Legal Advisor at Toast, and Vice President, General Counsel at Gazelle Technologies. Prior experience at Goodwin Procter LLP involved representing growth technology companies and advising on corporate governance, SEC compliance, and various financing matters. Rowe holds a BA in Political Science and a JD from Boston College and is an active member of the TechGC Executive Board.
