Mike Hernandez

Mike Hernandez is currently the COO at ParallelStaff. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant Project Manager and Business Analyst for AT&T from October 2017 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for conducting and documenting joint requirements gathering sessions leading to the identification of such workflows, related specification documentation, and financial status. Mike also managed to assess communication between end-users and the development team by presenting the requirements, business cases, and financial situation into a logical, clear, and compelling way to start applying RPA and get savings.

Before AT&T, Mike Hernandez worked as a Senior Software Engineer for Softtek from August 2012 to October 2017. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. Mike also managed client relationships and helped resolve technical issues.

Mike Hernandez started their career as a Software Engineer - Account Relationship Manager for Nearsoft, Inc from January 2007 to July 2012. In this role, they were responsible for managing client relationships and providing technical support. Mike also helped resolve customer complaints and developed new business opportunities.

Mike Hernandez has a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Tecnológico Nacional de México (TecNM) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia.
