Cindy Nichols

Cindy Nichols serves as the CEO of Health Information Management Operations for Parallon’s Revenue Cycle Services. Cindy brings more than 21 years of experience to Parallon though a variety of HIM corporate leadership roles, including serving as Hospital Corporation of America’s privacy officer from 2002 to 2009.

Prior, Cindy held HIM management positions within hospital and clinical settings. She has served in a number of national and regional HIM association roles, and has delivered many presentations to HIM and hospital leadership audiences. Cindy served as the volume editor for an AHIMA publication Medical Identity Theft in 2008. She is registered health information administrator and earned her Bachelor of Science in health information management from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
