Felicia Shaw

Felicia Shaw has a wealth of experience in healthcare operations. Felicia started their career at Tenet Healthcare in 1999 as a Regional Director of Operations, where they served until 2006. From there, they joined Community Health Systems as a Regional Director of PFS, from 2006 to 2007. Following that, they joined Chamberlin Edmonds in 2007, first as a Regional VP of Operations Midwest and later as a Regional Vice President of Operations until 2013. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations ME at Parallon, a position they have held since 2013.

Felicia Shaw's education history includes obtaining a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Healthcare Law and Regulatory Compliance from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2019. Before that, they completed an MBA degree in Business Management at Fontbonne University from 1993 to 1994. Furthermore, Felicia received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and Business from Washington University in St. Louis from 1988 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Felicia Shaw obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in November 2016.
