Anil Kasibhatla

Anil Kasibhatla is a Managing Partner at Param and is responsible for all Service Delivery across multiple silos’ at Param. He manages a team responsible for staffing, recruiting and Managed Services. Additionally Anil is also responsible for client acquisition, and Account Management. Anil brings over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. He has spent the first 8 years of his career as a Business Systems Analyst involved in highly critical business process re-engineering efforts for Commercial and DoD agencies. In 1999 he made a career transition to Headhunting and has recruited for senior and mid- level talent for various organizations across the continental USA in Technology, Sales and Business Development. Anil graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and has a Master’s in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Bowie State University.
