Tsafrir Oranski has extensive experience in business development, having held various roles for companies such as Parametrix Insurance, CyberMDX, Centrica, Panoramic Power (Acquired by Centrica), Arcadian Networks, Gilo Ventures, and SAP. Tsafrir's most recent role is Vice President of Business Development at Parametrix Insurance, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they were VP Business Development at CyberMDX from 2018 to 2020. From 2016 to 2018, they were Head of Global Alliances & IoT at Centrica, where they were responsible for all Strategic Partnerships in Europe, Latin America and APJ. From 2011 to 2016, they were VP Business Development at Panoramic Power, where they established the business in the US, Canada, Mexico and LATAM, and drove $1.5M in sales in a territory with no install base. From 2005 to 2011, they were VP Business Development at Arcadian Networks, where they drove negotiations for $90M in venture capital, initiated and executed strategic partnerships with global players, and built Arcadian's Oil & Gas industry practice. From 2005 to 2003, they were VP Business Development at Gilo Ventures, where they performed detailed analysis of more than 30 business plans for various industries. Lastly, from 2003 to 2005, they were Manager - Product Marketing at SAP, where they were responsible for the SAP NetWeaver platform marketing strategy and product penetration, and brought in 1000 reference customers and 100 success stories.

Tsafrir Oranski attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2001 to 2003, where they earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) from 1997 to 2000 and earned an LLB in Law.
