Amy Jones

Amy Jones started their work experience in 2014 at Pierce College as a Client Services staff member. In this role, they installed and supported over 1000 computers, configured and deployed computer images, and provided troubleshooting and issue resolution. Amy then moved on to Parametrix in 2015, where they worked as a Computer Support Technician, assisting over 400 users with diverse hardware, software, and networking issues. Amy also demonstrated independent problem-solving skills and knowledge of Windows operating systems. In 2017, they were promoted to Systems Administrator I, and in 2020, they transitioned to the role of System Administrator II at Parametrix. The end dates for their roles at Parametrix are not specified.

Amy Jones attended Pierce College at Puyallup from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Computer Network Engineering. Their field of study focused on Network and System Administration/Administration. Amy does not have any additional certifications in Computer Systems Administration.
