Elizabeth Belanger

Elizabeth Belanger has worked in various roles throughout their career. Elizabeth started their most recent position as a Senior Project Controls Specialist at Parametrix in February 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Management Analyst for the City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services, providing quality assurance support on infrastructure projects from May 2015 to February 2017. From January 2012 to May 2015, Elizabeth worked as a Project Controller at HDR Engineering, supporting project managers in tracking scopes, schedules, and budgets. Before that, they held several roles at HBA Design Group LLC from June 1992 to November 2008, including Land Use Planner, Project Manager, and CAD Manager. Additionally, they worked as a Civil Designer at Perteet from July 2005 to December 2005 and at SvR Design Company from April 2005 to July 2005. Elizabeth has extensive experience in project management, quality assurance, and design within the engineering industry.

Elizabeth Belanger studied at Western Washington University from 1983 to 1986, without completing a degree. During this time, they focused on the fields of Biology and Psychology. Later, from 1988 to 1989, they attended the University of Washington and earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology.
