Kristen McCoy

Kristen McCoy has a diverse work experience that spans over the course of many years. Kristen started their career in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant at WF Construction. Kristen then moved on to Parametrix, where they held two different roles. Firstly, as an Operations Manager, they oversaw the operational activities and organizational effectiveness of the office, including project delivery and workload balancing. Kristen provided leadership and support to the team, maximizing the development of successful projects and proposals. Additionally, Kristen worked as a Planner at Parametrix, specializing in community and regional planning. Kristen'sresponsibilities included public meeting facilitation, report writing, agency coordination, and compliance. Kristen conducted community research and outreach, facilitated public meetings and workshops, and developed communication materials for various projects such as corridor studies, master plan development, park planning, and transportation design projects.
