Scott Ellinghaus

Scott Ellinghaus possesses extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as Assistant Chief Engineer at Paramount Group since June 2022, managing operations at 1633 Broadway. Previously, Scott held similar roles at CBRE from May 2019 to June 2022 and as an Engineer with Tishman Speyer from August 2016 to May 2019. Earlier in their career, Scott worked in various engineering capacities at Northeast Builders Inc. and Covanta, where duties ranged from carpenter to auxiliary engineer. Scott's educational background includes training through the IUOE Local 94 program, the IUOE Local 30 apprenticeship program, and a diploma from East Islip High School.
