Bryn Berglund

Bryn Berglund is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR operations and strategic initiatives across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Paramount since May 2018, Bryn oversees various corporate functions and CBS groups, focusing on compensation, employee relations, change management, organizational design, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion. Prior experience includes a decade at CBS Corporation, where Bryn held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for CBS Sports and Vice President of Workforce Development. Earlier, Bryn served as the Director of Development for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Newark, successfully raising over $3 million annually. Bryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Willamette University and an MBA in Management from Seton Hall University.
