Colin Hickey

Colin Hickey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and event management within the media and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at VidCon since 2018, Colin has played a crucial role in overseeing global operations and directing sponsorship sales for the organization under Paramount. Prior to this, Colin was the Chief Operating Officer at VidCon from 2013 to 2018, where responsibilities included advancing strategic direction and scaling the event. Colin also held the position of Chief Product Officer at Subbable, a startup acquired by Patreon, and co-founded GatherBoard, serving as COO from 2009 to 2014. Additional experience includes working as Marketing and Events Director for the Downtown Missoula Partnership, executing a wide range of events. Colin holds a degree from the University of Wyoming.
