Shawn Morgenlander

Shawn Morgenlander is an experienced Spanish interpreter currently providing services for Paras and Associates and UNC Health, where responsibilities include phone and video remote interpretation, translating medical documents, and assisting patient interactions. Morgenlander also serves as an Administrative Specialist for the Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters and has a background in the performing arts, acting with Burning Coal Theatre Company and Adirondack Shakespeare Company, as well as educational contributions through teaching Shakespeare. Other roles include writing for Immersion Island, seasonal interviewing for Spirit Cultural Exchange, and previous work in alumni relations at Northwestern University. Morgenlander holds a B.A. in Theatre and Spanish from Northwestern University and has participated in various educational programs abroad.
