Jessica Romero

Jessica Romero has extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Engineer II at Parasoft since July 2014, with a progressive career from Support Engineer to Associate Quality Assurance Engineer. Prior to Parasoft, Jessica worked as a Network & Applications Engineer at Tech Pacific, focusing on network performance and equipment installation, and held a dual role as Senior National Service Desk and Junior Web Content Developer at IntraTek Computer Inc, where responsibilities included editing multimedia content and troubleshooting. Earlier career experience also includes working as an Account Receivable Representative at Hunter Douglas, providing support for accounting software and acting as a liaison between IT and accounting. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles, and an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Los Angeles Trade Technical College.
