Kenny Austin is an experienced professional in the field of customer success and global technical services. Kenny is currently working as the Chief Customer Officer at Parasoft, where they are responsible for enhancing the customer experience, growing the customer base, improving customer loyalty, and increasing annual recurring revenue. In their role, they are involved in developing a Customer Success Toolbox, standardizing customer onboarding processes, increasing product adoption, improving customer retention, and laying the groundwork for customer advocacy and expansion.

Kenny led the overall global services strategy and managed a team of global chief technologists.
Before Micro Focus, Kenny worked at The Attachmate Group, Inc. as Vice President of Professional Services, where they ran a $25M P&L for the Americas Professional Services business. Kenny also held the positions of Senior Director and Director of Professional Services, where they successfully managed the profitability and growth of multiple professional services consulting and premium support organizations.
Kenny's work experience also includes a role at NetIQ as the Director of Professional Services.

Kenny Austin completed their Master of Science degree in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington from 1992 to 1994. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Centenary College of Louisiana, where they studied from 1990 to 1991. Kenny's secondary education took place at Carroll Senior High School, where they attended from 1984 to 1987, but no degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
