April Zeynep Erol has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. April Zeynep started their career at Pozitif, where they worked as a Guide and also gained experience in Hospitality. April Zeynep then interned at 8bit Digital Content Agency before joining Servisnet as a Sales and Marketing Assistant. April also worked at TAM Property Management as a Public Relations Officer and at EV Apartments as an Online Content Editor. April Zeynep then joined Egmont Publishing as a Marketing Assistant, where they demonstrated skills in brand loyalty, photography, sales, retail, and Instagram. After that, April worked as a Freelance Translator before joining Paraşüt as an Inside Sales Specialist and currently as a Product Designer.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature at Istanbul Bilgi University from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, in 2014, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General at the University of Roehampton.
