Leslie Lamm

Leslie Lamm has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Leslie joined Paratek Pharmaceuticals in 2015 and held the positions of Senior Director Contracts and Business Operations and Director, Strategic R&D Contracting and Business Operations. Prior to that, Leslie worked at INC Research as a Project Director, General Medicine. In this role, they provided oversight to Project Managers, managed project scope, objectives, and resources, and served as a liaison between the company and the customer. Before INC Research, Leslie worked at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as a Director, Clinical Project Management and a Global Trial Director. In these roles, they managed the delivery of multiple clinical studies, assured quality and compliance, and collaborated with Therapeutic Area Directors. Leslie also gained valuable experience at Wyeth Research where they held the positions of Associate Director, Neuroscience Medical Research and Senior Team Leader, Clinical Data Management. In these roles, they led global registration programs, managed program budgets, supervised data managers, and delivered databases for submissions. Overall, Leslie Lamm has a strong background in project and program management, strategic contracting, and clinical research in the pharmaceutical industry.

Leslie Lamm earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology, General from Gettysburg College. After that, they went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Villanova University between 1987 and 1991.
