Makenzie Wells

Makenzie Wells is an accomplished professional in customer operations and technical services, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Operations - Comms at ParentSquare since December 2023. Previously, Wells held multiple key positions at Remind from September 2020 to November 2024, including Senior Director of Technical Operations and Head of Customer Success Engineering. At Glooko, from March 2015 to September 2020, Wells significantly contributed to business development and client services, leading the growth of the Customer Success and Support team during a corporate merger and establishing the function from scratch. Earlier experience includes technical software sales and systems integration roles at Unlimited Systems from August 2009 to March 2015. Wells holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Berea College and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Eastern Kentucky University, along with additional training from Practicum USA.
