Caroline Grainger

Caroline Grainger is a Relationship Manager at Pareto AS since February 2023, specializing in investment strategies for equities and bonds with a focus on responsible and sustainable investing in the Nordic region. Previously, Caroline served in the Norwegian Armed Forces for nearly a decade, holding various leadership roles including Troppsjef, where responsibilities included managing units and personnel, as well as contributing to the development of military leaders. Caroline also gained experience as an Operations Officer with the United Nations in Mali, demonstrating expertise in high-pressure environments. Academically, Caroline holds a Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Norwegian Military Academy, among other educational achievements.
