Erling Mork has over 25 years of work experience in various finance and management roles. Erling started their career in 1992 as a Programmer at Data Nostra A/S and later became the President of the company. In 1996, they worked as a Research & Financial Engineering professional at Chase Manahattan Bank Norge A/S. Erling then joined ABB Financial Services AS in 1997 as a Trader and Research Manager, focusing on money market and foreign exchange instruments. Erling also contributed to the development of electricity trading business and pricing models.
In 2002, Erling joined Nord Pool ASA as the Derivatives Market Researcher and later took on the role of Vice-President of Statistics and Analysis. Erling left Nord Pool ASA in 2005 and started their own company, Sarrazac AS, where they managed the company until 2010. Erling returned to the finance industry as a Consultant at Nord Pool Consulting AS in 2008.
In 2010, Erling became the Head of Finance and Asset Management at Pareto Bank ASA and later took on the role of CFO in 2011. From 2017, they served as the CFO and Head of Finance and Accounting. Erling's responsibilities included overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, and asset management functions at Pareto Bank ASA.

Erling Mork completed their education with a Master of Business and Economics (Siviløkonom) degree in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School in 1997. Prior to that, they received a B.Sc. (Cand. Mag.) degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from the University of Oslo (UiO) in 1993. Erling also spent their freshman and sophomore years at Vanderbilt University, where they pursued Mathematics and Liberal Arts studies from 1988 to 1990.
