Fabio Perrotta de Andrade

Fabio Perrotta de Andrade has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fabio is currently working as a Delivery Process Manager at Parfin since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at FABAMAQ as a Senior Delivery Process Manager from November 2019 to May 2022, where they were responsible for improving the efficiency and efficacy of the Development Process using Agile and Lean approaches.

Before joining FABAMAQ, Fabio worked at MJV Technology & Innovation Brasil as an Agile Coach from January 2018 to August 2019. Fabio also worked at Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo as a Senior System Analyst from July 2017 to January 2018.

Further back in their career, Fabio worked at Lojas Americanas as a Scrum Master / Project Manager from November 2015 to July 2017. Fabio also worked at LabOceano/COPPE/UFRJ, where they served as a Project Manager from September 2014 to November 2015 and as a System Analyst / Developer from April 2010 to August 2014.

Fabio's earlier experiences include working as an Intern System Developer at Fundação de Estudos do Mar - FEMAR from December 2009 to February 2010. Fabio also worked as an Intern System Developer at COPPE/UFRJ - Marinha do Brasil from October 2008 to November 2009. Prior to that, they worked as an Intern IT at IBM from April 2008 to October 2008.

Throughout their career, Fabio has showcased expertise in delivery process management, Agile coaching, system analysis, project management, and process automation.

Fabio Perrotta de Andrade completed their Bachelor of Computer Science with a specialization in System Analysis from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, where they studied from 2005 to 2013. In 2013, they pursued further education in IT Management & Communication at Universidade Cândido Mendes, graduating in 2014.

In terms of certifications, Fabio has obtained several qualifications in various fields. In 2016, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute. Fabio also holds a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in 2017. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as SAFe 4 Certified Agilist (2017), Management 3.0 (2017), Leader Coach Training (2018), Lean Inception Workshop - Direto ao Ponto (2018), and many others. Most recently, in 2023, they obtained certifications in Business Agility and Leadership, OKR Certification: Leadership and Goal Setting, Kanban Maturity Model in practice with Improvement Mapping, and Dynamic Flow - Governance and Digital Products development flow aligned with Organizational Strategy Plan.
