Alihan Özdemir

Alihan Özdemir has work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2018, they worked as an Intern at TUV Nord for six months. In 2019, they interned at DHL Global Forwarding for two years in the Human Resources department. In 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant Specialist at Vektora for seven months before joining Paribu as an Organizational Development Specialist.

Alihan Özdemir completed a Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Marmara University, which they attended from 2016 to 2020. Alihan then pursued a Master's degree in Measurement and Data Analytics at Anadolu University, starting in 2022 and expected to finish in 2024.

In terms of additional certifications, Alihan obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from MBH Group Danışmanlık ve Eğitim Hizmetleri in June 2022. Alihan also received certifications in Employee Experience, Human Resources Foundations, Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning, Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters, and Introduction to the PHR Certification Exam from LinkedIn in March 2021. Additionally, Alihan completed training programs in Performans Değerlendirme (360 Derece), Temel İş Kanunu ve İş Hukuku Eğitimi, İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi Eğitimi, and İşe Alım ve Mülakat Teknikleri Eğitimi from İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü in 2020.
