Büşra Özçelik

Büşra Özçelik has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an intern at UPS in 2017. Büşra then worked as a Human Resources Consultant at HR Partners İnsan Kaynakları & Danışmanlık from 2018 to 2020, where they successfully conducted recruitment projects, headhunting, and established a CV database for the company. In 2021, Büşra progressed to the role of Senior Human Resources Consultant within the same company, where they continued to excel in recruitment and candidate interviewing processes. In 2022, they took on the position of Recruitment Project Manager until 2023. Currently, Büşra is employed at Paribu as a Specialist in Human Resources within the Center of Excellence.

Büşra Özçelik obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relationship and European Union from Maltepe University. In September 2022, they obtained a certification in "İş’te Kendin: Kendini Yönetme Sanatı" from Sabancı Üniversitesi.
