Leticia Lago

Leticia Lago is the Vice President of Preconstruction and reports directly to the President. She is responsible for providing support and leadership through the preconstruction phase including planning, budgeting, and bidding. Leticia makes certain that the project team has the resources required to ensure the quality of their services and the success of the project from its inception.

As Vice President, Leticia is also responsible for the development and career paths of Preconstruction employees, including Preconstruction Managers, Estimators, and the Purchasing Department.

Leticia has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. She began her career as a structural engineer in Brazil, where she was born and raised. Since moving to the United States, she has worked in Preconstruction, with experience in several markets and an emphasis on healthcare projects, higher education facilities and community attractions throughout the Midwest. In 2017 Leticia brought her coveted skills to PARIC where she joined the Preconstruction Group as a Senior Preconstruction Manager. Leticia was quickly promoted to the Director of Preconstruction, and in July 2020, Leticia was promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction.
