Haneul Kang

Haneul Kang is an experienced professional in the baking and pastry industry, currently serving as the R&D manager at Paris Baguette.com since July 2014. Prior to this role, Haneul was the owner of twelve-centimeter from June 2008 to May 2014, specializing in French macarons and gourmet cookies. Haneul holds an Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from CSCA, completed in 2007, and graduated from A. D. Stevenson High School in 2004.
