Nick Scaccio has extensive experience in operations and management roles in the hospitality and food industry. Nick currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Paris Baguette America, where they have been since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Revenue and Strategic Development at the same company from February 2020 to October 2021.
Before their time at Paris Baguette America, Scaccio was the Regional Director of Operations at Punch Bowl Social from September 2019 to February 2020. Nick also served as the Vice President of Operations at Juice Press from June 2018 to July 2019 and as the Director of Operations at Le Pain Quotidien from September 2016 to June 2018.
Scaccio's earlier experience includes roles at Bowlmor AMF, where they were a District Manager from January 2014 to September 2016 and a General Manager from August 2007 to December 2013. In these positions, they focused on building effective teams, introducing new strategies to the market, and streamlining operations in highly profitable venues.
Nick Scaccio obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Binghamton University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Nick further pursued their education and completed their Master's degree in English Language and Literature at Brooklyn College from 2005 to 2009. In 2016, they attended Harvard Business School, focusing on a course called "Achieving Breakthrough Service."
