Pascal Condomine has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Chef Technician at Paris Gourmet Inc. since September 2022, specializing in the savory line for the Gourmand and Blue Epicure brands. In addition, Pascal Condomine holds the position of Corporate Chef and has been with FIG & OLIVE since 2019, as well as fulfilling the role of Executive Chef since March 2015 at Fig and Olive.
