Jim Swanson

Jim Swanson is an experienced sports executive with a diverse background in baseball and community engagement. Currently serving as an Operations Advisor for the Paris Musketeers since August 2023, Jim provides guidance on business operations for a new ELF franchise. As a Co-Owner and Managing Partner of the Victoria HarbourCats Baseball Club since 2013, Jim oversees operations across multiple teams. Previous experience includes roles with the Toronto Blue Jays as an instructor, as a baseball analyst for Dan Russell's SportsTalk, and leadership positions in various baseball events, including chairing national tournaments. Jim's background also encompasses management roles at TELUS, sports journalism with the Prince George Citizen, and commentary for CKPG Radio. Jim holds a degree from the University of Saskatchewan, further establishing a strong foundation for a career in sports management and media.
