Tanya Argo, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and management across various restaurant and healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and Recruiter at Paris Regional Medical Center since June 2021, Tanya has previously held key roles including General Manager at RB American and Operations Support Coordinator at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. Tanya's expertise in training and development was further demonstrated as Training General Manager at Smashburger, where responsibility for the training of corporate and franchise managers was undertaken. Tanya's career began at Fazoli's System Management, LLC, where a rapid progression from Associate to General Manager occurred, achieving significant operational improvements.
