Hayley Barnett

Hayley Barnett, CPA has a diverse work experience. Hayley started their career in 2000 as a Senior Associate at KPMG US, where they worked until 2003. Hayley then joined the Parish of Caddo as an Assistant Director of Finance and Human Resources in 2003 and held this position until 2019. During their time at Parish of Caddo, Hayley also served as an Interim Director of Finance for a brief period in 2019 before being promoted to the position of Director of Finance, a role they currently hold. In 2016, they expanded their professional portfolio by becoming a Silver Ambassador at Plexus Worldwide, where they worked until 2019.

Hayley Barnett, CPA earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Southern Arkansas University from 1995 to 2000. In September 2002, they obtained their certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State Board of Certified Public Accountants of Louisiana.
