Mirjana Males

Mirjana Males is the Business Manager at Parity Consulting, and has been in this role since August 2013. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Administration Assistant at Target Australia from May 2005 to August 2013, and before that as the Human Resources Manager from January 1997 to December 2004.

Mirjana has built a reputation for excellence in report preparation and communication, attention to detail, and providing support to both stores and management. In their role as Business Manager at Parity Consulting, they are responsible for managing a small team and providing support in a number of areas, including recruitment, training and development, occupational health and safety, injury management and succession planning.
