Harsha Ladkani has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and sales industry. They started their career as an Industrial Trainee at Taj Lake Palace Udaipur in 2011. They then worked as a Sr- Front Office Executive at Taj Mahal Palace & Tower- Palace Wing from 2013 to 2014. Harsha then joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) as a Sales and Marketing Executive, where they managed major corporate sales accounts and handled banquet events. In 2015, they became an Assistant Manager at Angel Broking Ltd, focusing on sales and business development. Harsha then worked at JW Marriott as an Assistant Manager of Corporate Sales from 2018 to 2019. They continued their career at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts as a Corporate Sales Account Manager from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Harsha is working at Parity Technology Solutions in a role related to business development and customer success.

Harsha Ladkani completed a Bachelor's Degree in International hospitality administration and management from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Ahmedabad between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute, which they completed in 2012. From 2009 to 2010, Harsha attended Avalon Aviation Academy in Mumbai and completed a one-year program in Aviation Management, specializing in airport management, cabin crew, ground floor handling, DGR, and cargo management. Before that, they completed their H.S.C Commerce with Maths from CHM National Junior College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai from 2007 to 2009. Harsha's high school education was completed at Tripada International School in Ahmedabad. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications related to hospitality management from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute in various fields such as conventions management, food and beverage service operations, hospitality sales and marketing, hotel security and loss prevention management, international hotel development and management, managing hotel front office operations, resort business management and operations, and supervision in the hospitality industry. The obtained months and years for these certifications are not provided.
