Ebony Adams

Ebony Adams has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ebony is currently serving as the Director of DEI at Pariveda, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Women In Film from 2019 to 2022, where they held the position of Manager of Public Programs. In this role, they were responsible for promoting sustainable and equitable practices in the media industry, cultivating relationships with industry partners, curating programming for Black creatives, and producing industry events. From 2016 to 2019, Ebony worked as the Director of Operations at Feminist Frequency. Ebony was involved in managing the organization's operations. In 2011, they joined the T.J. Martell Foundation as the Senior Manager of Development and Events. Here, they represented the Foundation at events, developed strategic initiatives, managed operations, and organized fundraising events. Prior to that, Ebony worked as a Sales Analyst at The Hollywood Reporter from 2008 to 2011. Ebony began their career as the Cultural House & Community Outreach Coordinator at Macalester College in 2006. Overall, Ebony's work experience demonstrates their expertise in diversity and inclusion, event management, operations, and fundraising.

Ebony Adams holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of Minnesota. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Wyoming, with a specialization in English Language and Literature/Letters.
