Mike Leibundgut

Mike Leibundgut has over 10 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager at The Swiss Colony, Inc. where they were responsible for hiring temporary and year-round employees in various areas of the company. Mike then worked as a Human Resource Manager at Famous Footwear, primarily focusing on employee relations consulting and training. Currently, they are serving as the VP of Human Resources at Park Bank, overseeing all HR functions for a 200-employee company with 12 locations. Mike is also part of the senior management team and acts as a resource for the associates.

Mike Leibundgut attended the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI in 2002, where they studied HR-related subjects. Mike did not receive a degree from this institution. From 1985 to 1990, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on General Business and HR.
