Steve Pflugner

Steve Pflugner is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in capital markets and business development. Currently a Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer at CogoFi, LLC since March 2024, Steve also serves as a Member and Investor with Park City Angels, a prominent angel investment group in Utah. Prior roles include Managing Director at Accelerated Assets, LLC, and a lengthy tenure at Holiday Inn Club Vacations, where positions ranged from Senior Vice President of Business Development to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at Hilton Grand Vacations and Citi. Steve Pflugner holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
