Jared Muenks

Jared Muenks is a seasoned professional in capital project management, currently serving as Director of Capital Projects at Park Hotels and Resorts since October 2016. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Capital Projects - Americas at Hilton Worldwide, where responsibilities encompassed strategy execution, project tracking, and financial analysis. Jared also held the position of Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Hilton, contributing to budget planning and performance analysis. Earlier experience as a Senior Associate at HVS involved preparing appraisals and feasibility analyses for hospitality assets. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and a Minor in Information Technology in the Hospitality Industry from Penn State University.
